Sandeep Mittal founded Nirvana Canada and leads the agency as CEO. He sets the strategic direction of the studio and has guided its growth since 2007 into a full-service digital agency serving clients across Canada, the USA, and beyond.

Smita Jain heads project management and plays a vital role in merging the client side of projects with the creative and technical development sides. She has been in web development for over 16 years, with a proven track record. She ensures that the unexpected website-related issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently.

Nirdesh Mittal is a Technology expert with 14 years of experience in design and development of Web-based Applications. He has both traditional and contemporary technology experience in the companies including British Telecom, Cap Gemini and Microsoft.

Vishal is the Director of Marketing at Nirvana Canada and a marcom professional with over 2 decades of business development in sales & marketing. He has extensive experience making available tools & services to help SMEs grow. A keen learner and tech enthusiast, he likes to work and offer tools and services to organizations which help them advance by using digital platforms and technologies. In his off-time, Vishal is a movie buff and likes to watch all the newest releases whenever he gets a chance.

Puru is a Senior Developer at Nirvana Canada with over eight years of experience in building modern, scalable web applications. He specializes in JavaScript frameworks, as well as Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL. Puru is passionate about developing robust full-stack solutions that deliver seamless digital experiences. Beyond technology, he enjoys spending time at the gym and exploring new terrains on his Segway.

Daniel Shi builds the front end of Nirvana’s client sites — turning design systems into fast, accessible, production-ready interfaces with modern web tooling.

Tarun Gaur manages the technical delivery of client projects, coordinating developers, designers, and stakeholders to keep builds on scope, on schedule, and shipping smoothly.

As a Content Audit Strategist and Client Account Manager, Lena works with clients to narrow the focus of their content and guides teams to clearly present information. She helps clients in creation of quality content, for websites and ongoing marketing and social media campaigns. Lena holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a Certificate of Social Media Management.

Lauren is the senior content writer at Nirvana and has a background in finance in information technology. She has been working at Nirvana Canada for over 4 years providing professional high-quality content for websites, blogs, articles, business proposals, and internal content. She works writing all the expansive content and technology-specific pieces as per her expertise. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her young kids and planning family outings.

Pallavi is the accounting manager who has been working at Nirvana Canada for over 3 years and has a post-baccalaureate in accounting. She works to ensure that clients' accounts are up to date and all financial activity happens smoothly. When she is not working, Pallavi likes to try out new restaurants and explore various cuisines and places.

Hailing from BCIT’s Digital Design & Development program, Monica Nguyen combines her natural creativity with her vast array of skills to create unique and innovative designs. Her emphasis on scale and position, indicative of her value in precision, makes every design sharp, modern, and aesthetically pleasing.

Alicja Hardy-Francis is in charge of making everyone look good and building cool stuff. When she's not creating, you’ll probably find her reading, watching a good show, or taking it easy.
